“If your tools use artificial intelligence, will our information feed those AIs, or end up somewhere else?” The short answer: no. Here's why, point by point.

1. Your data trains no model. Our tools rely on leading models through their professional interfaces: contractually, what passes through them is not used for training. What your teams say in a session does not “enter” any AI and cannot resurface elsewhere. That's the difference between professional use under contract and the free consumer use of those same AIs.

2. Every piece of data has a role, a lifespan, a location. You remain owner and controller in the GDPR sense; we are the processor, under a signed data processing agreement. Histories live in a space dedicated to your company, isolated from every other client, which we can purge or hand back to you at any time. Trial sessions are automatically deleted within 30 days.

3. Minimization by design. Scenarios use fictional characters; your genuinely sensitive elements (negotiation floors, margins) have no place in the tool and we help you keep them out. For any candidate-assessment use, the tool is strictly a decision aid: a human always decides.
